
Pregnant and Fit
At Pregnant and Fit, there is an opportunity to train safely, during your pregnancy, in a casual and respectful atmosphere. The course focuses on making your pregnancy and childbirth go as smoothly as possible, both physically and mentally.
You can start if you are at least 12 weeks.

Mom and Fit
Mom and Fit offers a postpartum course that serves to support and promote natural recovery, optimize maternal fitness and prevent overexertion.
Vanaf 6 weken postpartum ben je welkom! Laat een geregistreerd bekkenfysiotherapeut een postpartum check doen voordat je start. Zo weet je zeker dat je lichaam er weer aan toe is.

Postpartum high intensity
In 4 themed lessons, you will learn how to train (after pregnancy) to jump and run again.
After these classes, you can put together your own workout to train towards running, build up running or resume an impact sport (e.g. volleyball).

At Pregnant and Fit, during your pregnancy and in the first year after delivery, there is the opportunity to work out safely in a casual and respectful atmosphere. During this period, attention to one’s own fitness is very important. The course at Pregnant and Fit focuses on making your pregnancy and childbirth the best it can be, both physically and mentally.
It is scientifically proven that exercising during a (healthy) pregnancy has many benefits. To function as optimally as possible, it is important to make and keep your body strong. Under the guidance of a registered pelvic physical therapist, you will work with this during group classes

How does it work?
An ongoing weekly course for pregnant and laboring women under the guidance of a registered pelvic physical therapist.
Actieve groepslessen, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met eventuele klachten en het voorkomen hiervan. Online theorie over de zwangerschap, bevalling en kraamtijd .
Entry is possible at any time from 12 weeks of pregnancy, and from 6 weeks postpartum.
De lessen zijn verdeeld in drie blokken:
Er wordt begonnen met een korte warming-up. This is followed by targeted exercises to strengthen and coordinate various muscles with a special focus on pelvic and pelvic floor muscles. It concludes with relaxation and breathing exercises.
